Ajman housing is a mix that catches fitters out. A flat in Al Rashidiya can have a solid concrete lintel above the window and hollow block either side of it, while a handover unit in Emirates City has nothing behind the plasterboard but a void. A curtain that clears the floor by two fingers looks right. One that puddles or hovers does not. We take the drop from the point the rail will actually sit, allow for the ring or glider, and write that figure down at your window rather than working from a handover drawing.
Balcony Doors And Long Runs
Almost every Ajman flat has one very wide sliding door onto the balcony. A pair of end brackets alone will let that run sag within a season. We add centre supports at sensible intervals and choose a rail section that carries a lined blackout without bowing in the middle.

Older blocks around Al Nuaimiya and Musherief are usually hollow block under a thick coat of render. The plug that came in the curtain box will spin freely in that. We carry sleeve and toggle anchors sized for hollow walls and use the one that grips rather than the one that came free.

What The Drill Finds
Concrete is slow to drill but holds anything. Hollow block needs a sleeve anchor. Plasterboard over a void needs the fixing carried through to the slab. That is time and hardware, and it is why we look before quoting.

How much does curtain fixing cost in Ajman?
Fitting starts at 200 AED for a single curtain or blind and 250 AED for two. Three windows come in around 300 AED, and four run between 350 and 400 AED. Brackets, anchors and the measure visit are already inside those figures.
Do I pay extra for brackets and anchors?
Yes. Rails, brackets and the correct anchors for your wall sit inside the quoted price. If the wall turns out to need a heavier fixing than expected, we fit it and the price stays where it was.
